The Technicalities of the Game
The unique program we develop will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape ready for all the seasons of the year. Here is what to expect from your 1-1:
Bespoke program freshly designed for YOU. Turn up to your 1-1 and receive your program/s. You then work through them with us ensuring that you fully understand. Repeat X amount of times within the week until the next session, where you will then receive a fresh new program.
Monthly Calliper testing. The Skinfold caliper is a device which measures the thickness of a fold of your skin with its underlying layer of fat. By doing this at the key locations can be a quite accurate representative of the total amount of fat that is on your body.
Monthly body part measurements. To access the muscle/fat ratio and your current process.
Nutritional guidance & Advice. Eat right.
Multiple check up through the week to ensure that you are sticking to your agreed schedule. What happens if somebody goes AWOL? We find you and get you back on schedule.

Video Conference 1-1 sessions
From the comfort of your desired location. Whether it being your home, park, office or wherever you want to train. The Mobile PTs offer you all of the same perks as our 1-1 sessions and the only difference is that the session takes place over video conferencing.
